Starting January 2020, Mad Hat aims to provide Project Management Consultants with an exprtise in multiple aspects of the whole development life cycle.

Our consultants are not only Expert Project Managers, but also have more then relevant expierence in Scrum/Agile, analysis, testing, architecture, PMO & SQL. This allows our consultants to 'wear different hats', take one different roles or complete a 'mad' combination of tasks on a daily basis. This allows for the constraints of a development team/process to be lifted without missing the most important aspect of any team, which are the people in that team.
